Access to and use of this website and the products and services available through this website are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices. By using www.flashprice.co.uk, you are agreeing to all of the terms of service, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the terms of service.
Access to www.flashprice.co.uk is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or this entire website for testing or development.

You must not misuse this website. TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on www.flashprice.co.uk and are subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with www.flashprice.co.uk you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. www.flashprice.co.uk retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be www.flashprice.co.uk or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party, www.flashprice.co.uk is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘total cost’.
Additional items cannot be added to an existing order at a later date. If your order has already been placed and you wish to add extra items to your order, you must request to cancel the original order (providing it has not yet been shipped) and a new order with any additional items will need to be placed or alternatively, you will need to place another order alongside your original order and will need to pay any additional shipping costs incurred.
Occasionally, errors may occur which enable customers to order an out of stock item. Any orders highlighted as containing an out of stock item will automatically receive a refund on the unavailable item or be provided an alternative- This will be at our discretion. If the out of stock item is included within a bundle, the full order may be refunded.
BUNDLE DEALS, SETS AND DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes - Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any bundle deals at checkout. You have the option to use a discount code, however you must select to use a discount code instead of purchasing multiple items within the discounted bundle deal as advertised.
Bundle/special deals*- Bundle/special deals (as advertised on site) must be added to the basket and purchased together - customers cannot purchase a single item and request the remaining items from a deal to be added to an order or shipped separately at a later date. It is the responsibility of customers to add all items from a bundle/special deal to the basket together at the time of purchase. Flashprice is not liable for any items not added to the order by the customer and will not send any additional deal items separately. If customers do not add all of the specified or correct deal items to the order at purchase, the customer has the right to return an incomplete bundle for refund. Customers can then reorder the complete bundle/special deal. Bundle deals need to be returned in full for a refund or the customer will be charged full price for any remaining items.
*A bundle or special deal is any offer on site which combines 1 or more items together at a special price. For example: a 3 for £20 T Shirt offer or a tracksuit with free T Shirt offer. Offers may vary and the above clause applies to all incidences.
Bundle Refunds- Customers cannot return part of a bundle deal for a refund whilst keeping remaining bundle deal items at the discounted bundle deal price. The special price is applicable only to complete bundle deals, therefore the full bundle must either be returned for a refund or we reserve the right to charge any remaining items that are not returned at full price. In the instance that the sum of the remaining items exceeds the price paid within the bundle, we reserve the right to recoup any losses from the total refund amount. Bundle items that cannot be returned in their original state due to being worn will not be accepted if returned. Please consider whether you are able to return the full bundle before paying for your return. If you are unsure which items constitute the bundle deal, please email us on email@example.com, we will be able to advise how much refund you would receive for returning part of a bundle deal.
Bundle Exchanges- For exchanges, customers only need to return the items within the bundle that they wish to exchange. Please do not send the full bundle unless you are wanting to exchange all items within the bundle deal.
Tracksuit and sets-If a tracksuit is partially returned i.e. hoodie only, the customer will be required to return the remaining item in a resalable condition (new with tags) or arrange a courier collection of the returned item- both at the customers own cost.
Shipping details- In order to protect customers from fraudulent online activity, shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been placed. If a customer requires a change of shipping address, the order must be cancelled and placed again using the correct shipping address. Customers must contact us as soon as possible; order cancellations are subject to confirmation, and we cannot guarantee orders will be cancelled unless our customer service team have been notified well in advance of the order being shipped. Our customer service team will confirm via email once your order has been cancelled. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be amended.
Changes to orders-We are unable to make amendments to orders once placed. This includes changing sizes, colours, products, adding additional items to your order etc. Please check your order details are correct before placing an order as we will be unable to make amendments. We may be able to cancel your order so that you can place your order again with the amended details, however this is subject to the stage your order is at & whether the order has left our warehouse.
Damaged parcel packaging-In the event that your parcel arrives with damaged outer packaging, please retain the packaging and provide an image of the damage to our customer service team, who will then be able to investigate the claim with Royal Mail.
International Orders- Customs clearance charges and VAT fees may be payable (depending on parcel contents value) on items/goods shipped to Ireland. Customers will need to pay clearance fees to release the goods.
If orders are returned to us due to non payment of custom fees and/or exceeding its retention period, your initial postage fees will not be refunded.
Returns Period- You have the right to cancel items ordered from www.flashprice.co.uk within 14 days from delivery and receive a refund. However:
To cancel items ordered you must notify us by letter or email within 14 days of delivery. You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession, and we will pursue our right of action against customers who breach this duty. We ask that any items are returned unused, with their original and unopened packaging.
We will assume you have accepted the goods 14 days after they have been delivered unless you tell us about any complaints within that period. If you, your agents, employees or licensees have opened, used or defaced the goods, we will count this as accepting the goods.
We are not liable for, will not refund and cannot accept any responsibility for any of the following:
- Any goods which have been repaired, defaced or altered by beckandhersey.com.
- Any goods which, in our opinion, have been subject to any accident or to damage or which have been improperly stored, maintained or used.
- Any direct loss or damage except the liabilities we have already mentioned.
- Is not in a re-sellable condition.
- Goods listed as B grade*
Refunds will not be processed until goods have been received back in stock. Customers must pay for returns unless otherwise agreed with Flashprice. We do not accept face to face returns at our warehouse, all returns must be sent via the post. Refunds will be paid back to the original payment method only. We are unable to refund to any other account/card.
If items are returned out of the 14 day return window, the return will be refused and customers can arrange courier collection at their own cost.
Customer return costs- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any items for exchange/refund unless otherwise agreed by us. We endeavour to deliver orders correctly, however occasionally orders may be incorrect or items faulty. In such instances, we will provide a prepaid returns label which covers the cost of returning goods to us and will make suitable arrangements to resolve the issue. Customers must contact us as soon as an incorrect/faulty order has been identified, in order to receive a prepaid returns label. If customers arrange a return delivery to us using an alternative service (outside of our own prepaid label service), we will not be liable to cover any costs incurred.
Using our returns labels- If you are using the returns label included within your order, please attach this to the outer of your parcel and take your parcel to your local post office. Please keep hold of your return receipt until your refund/exchange has been issued. Please note for returns to the original payment method, we will deduct a fee of £4.95 from your refund to cover the cost of the Royal Mail returns label.
Orders returned to sender- Any order, which is returned to us by Royal Mail, due to the address being entered incorrectly/incomplete at checkout or if the parcel exceeds its retention period at the customers local sorting office will incur a charge. Once we are back in receipt of the parcel a full refund will be issued but return to sender charges will be incurred and deducted from total refund amount @ £3.95 plus initial postage costs. (Costs may be higher if returned by a courier other than Royal Mail).
International returns- We offer refunds on international orders, however we do not offer exchanges. Please return any items for a refund only. International customers have the option to place a new order once a refund has been processed.
Returned items damaged by customers- Please take care when trying on items as we are unable to process exchanges/refunds on items that have been marked or show signs of wear from any of the following: perfumes/aftershaves, makeup, fake tan, lotions, smoke, food, chemicals or body odours.
Flashprice is not liable for any items damaged by customers. Our warehouse team will thoroughly check all returned items - if items that are damaged while in the hands of the customer are returned, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and/or exchange. The customer service team will contact customers immediately upon processing damaged returns stating that the item is not in it's original condition and cannot be refunded and/or exchanged. There will be a 30 day period whereby we will hold the goods at our warehouse so that customers can arrange redelivery of the returned damaged items (at the customers cost). If customers do not wish to pay to have the item shipped back out, the damaged goods will be destroyed. If a courier is arranged, we need to be informed by phone with a minimum of 2 working days notice. If couriers are arranged without prior notice, the collection will be refused. Alternatively, if customers do not respond to our customer service team regarding the damaged goods within the 30 day period, the goods will be destroyed and no refund/exchange will be processed.
Items arriving with manufacturer faults- (Excludes items listed as B Grade*.) While quality control checks are carried out at the manufacturing process, some items may slip through the net. If your item arrives with a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as you receive your goods, please provide photo evidence. Once photographic evidence has been received, we will provide a prepaid returns label for you to return the item back to us, free of charge. Once the item has been received, we can exchange for a new item or provide a refund. If customers arrange a return delivery to us using an alternative service (outside of our own prepaid label service), we will not be liable to cover any costs incurred.
Underwear- We accept refunds/exchanges on unworn underwear.
General- If items are returned from an order and no paperwork has been completed, we will assume a refund is required.
Exchanges- If items are returned for an exchange but are out of stock, we will issue a refund. If, however an item is returned for exchange which was purchased as part of a bundle deal we will contact the customer to discuss options. Refunds relating to this will be at our discretion.
MISSING ITEMS AND ORDERS
Missing items- Every order is shipped with a paper invoice. In order to investigate claims of missing items within orders, an image of the paper invoice needs to be provided. If an item is missing, please contact us immediately, providing a copy of your paper invoice. Our customer service team will provide you with a Denial Of Receipt Form to complete.
Missing orders- If your order is lost, please report the missing order via email as soon as you are aware and within 28 days of placing your order. Our customer service team will provide you with a Denial Of Receipt Form to complete and will open an investigation with Royal Mail, however we are only able to investigate missing orders within 28 days of the order being placed. Anything outside of this window cannot be investigated, therefore it is up to the customer to contact us within the correct timeframe. All deliveries to the UK will arrive within 7 working days and all orders to Ireland will arrive within 10 working days, if your order has not arrived within this window please notify us at this point. Please be aware that it may take up to 14 days to receive feedback from Royal Mail's investigation. During the period in which we await Royal Mail's feedback, we will not be in a position to refund or redeliver goods. You will receive confirmation via email once the investigation has been completed, next steps will provided at this point.
Payment terms- Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorisation being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been despatched and you have been sent a confirmation email, the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

Failed Payment- In the event that your payment fails, it is likely due to a 'zip/postcode error' caused by using incorrect billing details at checkout. You will not be charged for failed payments and will need to attempt again using the correct billing details. Your payment may show as pending on your bank account, this is due to your bank temporarily holding the funds as a potential transaction, your bank will release the funds within a short window.
Please ensure your billing details are correct at checkout or your order will not go through and you will keep receiving the same error message. Your billing details are the address where the card you are using is registered to. You can select a different shipping address for the delivery of goods, however the billing details must match your card. If unsure on the correct billing details, please contact your bank.
Cancelled Payments - Very occasionally, we may need to refuse or cancel an order, or close, block or freeze and account(even if we have previously confirmed with you your order)- e.g. if we have noticed something unusual on an or order and/or account, or if your order goes against unit limits as detailed on the product display pages of specific items. If your account has been blocked and you feel we may have made a mistake, please get in touch with our customer service team and they will be happy to speak to you.
Orders over £200-Orders over £200 may be subject to additional security checks prior to shipment.
Customs and VAT charges Ireland- Customs clearance charges and VAT fees may be payable (depending on parcel contents value) on items/goods shipped to Ireland. Customers will need to pay clearance fees to release the goods.
Items valued at under €22 will remain part of the Low Value Consignment Relief (LVCR) Scheme and are not subject to VAT or duties until 1 July 2021 (subject to further extension date to be set by the EU).
Goods sent to Ireland with a value over €22 and below €150 may be taxed at the border and may incur a customs clearance/handling fee.
Goods over €150 may attract VAT, customs duties and a clearance/handling fee.
